Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and can be requested in advance through our reservations team.
Absolutely. We welcome families and offer spacious Family Sea View Suites, a dedicated children's pool, a kids' club during peak season, and connecting-room options on request.
Yes. Muscat International Airport (MCT) is approximately 25 minutes from the resort, and we provide private chauffeured transfers. Please include your flight details when booking so we can arrange your arrival.
Our restaurants are smart-casual during the day. For evening dining at Al Bahar and the rooftop lounge, we recommend elegant resort attire. Swimwear is reserved for the beach and pool areas.
Our concierge can arrange all of our signature experiences — desert excursions, dolphin watching, snorkeling at the Daymaniyat Islands and cultural city tours — as well as bespoke itineraries tailored to your interests.
Spa treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
